To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines.
Bookings by Email
All reservations are arranged directly with us by email. Submitting a booking request is an enquiry only — your stay is confirmed once we reply with a written confirmation of dates, price, and check-in details. No payment is taken through the website.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are arranged individually with each guest by email prior to arrival.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for other guests.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. A designated smoking area is available on the terrace.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Service animals are welcome with prior notice.
Parking
Free parking is available on site. Please park only in designated areas.
Cleanliness
Please keep the apartment tidy. Dispose of trash in the bins provided. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
Keys & Security
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of €30.
Pool & Common Areas
The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Showers are required before entering. No glass items near the pool.
