We are an independent host renting out private apartments located within the Royal Sun complex. We are not the owner, developer, or operator of the Royal Sun complex, and this website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the complex, its management, or its developer.

2. Bookings Are Arranged by Email

This website does not process online payments and does not confirm reservations automatically. All bookings are arranged directly with us by email.

The booking process works as follows:

• You submit a booking request through our booking form or by email.
• Submitting a request is an enquiry only — it does not create a confirmed reservation.
• We reply by email to confirm availability, the final price, and the payment and check-in details.
• A reservation is only confirmed once we send you a written confirmation by email.

Any agreement regarding dates, price, deposit, and conditions of stay is concluded through this email correspondence between you and us.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change until a booking is confirmed by email. The final price, any deposit, and the accepted payment methods will be communicated to you in our confirmation email. No payment is taken through this website.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change conditions are agreed individually and stated in our confirmation email. To cancel or modify a confirmed booking, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Any applicable deposit or cancellation terms will be those set out in that confirmation.

5. House Rules

By staying with us, you agree to follow our House Rules. These form part of your booking agreement.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to keep photos, descriptions, and availability up to date. However, minor differences may occur, and availability shown on the website is not a guarantee until confirmed by email.
